Bowman Strings

TERMS:

       1. This contract will automatically renew each month on the calendar date which was started. (i.e. if initial rental was Sept.
7 th , next due date is Oct. 7 th ) We require a credit card on file to secure the contract. This card may be used for automatic payment each
monthly payment due, or payment may be made by check. The instrument may be returned at any time, but no refunds will be given
for time remaining in the monthly rental period. The renter acknowledges and accepts full responsibility timely payment for the
instrument rented under this agreement.

       2. The renter agrees to pay all costs associated with a delinquent account, including, but not limited to court costs and
collection agency fees. After a 10-day grace period, a $5/day late fee will be added to the rental payment. Bowman Strings will
make every effort to contact the renter via phone or email to settle account delinquency during the 10 day grace period.

       3. Rental credit accrual can be used for purchase of an instrument within 10 days of the rental instrument being returned.
The rental instrument must be returned in good condition, as determined by Bowman Strings. Should the instrument be returned in
less than a good condition, the full rental credit accrual may be adjusted accordingly. Rental credit accrual amounts may only be used
for the purchase of an instrument or instrument outfit. (instrument/case/bow) Rental credit is a courtesy rewards program, – it is not a
cash back/refund program.

   *Rental Credit Accrual is calculated from monthly Base Rent amount only*

   *First year: 100% Base rent accrued, Second year: 80% Base rent accrued, Third year: 60% Base rent accrued

   Base rent for violin = $27.10/month Base rent for viola = $31.78/month

       4. The required monthly maintenance fee covers adjustments, bow rehairing 1x year, Prelude replacement string set 1X year,
and minor repairs due to normal wear and tear. Any major structural damage will incur a wholesale repair charge. All work must be
completed by Bowman Strings. The maintenance fee is NOT considered to be instrument insurance.

       5. In the event of severe damage to the instrument, (the instrument is deemed unusable/total loss) the renter will be
responsible for a loss fee as follows: Violin – $350, Viola – $425 A signed copy of a police report must accompany any claim of a
stolen instrument. Bowman Strings reserves the right not to replace lost, stolen, or severely damaged instruments.
